• It is the policy of Birmingham Alabama based AerialSouth, LLC that all aerial and ground photography sessions will be performed with utmost professionalism, with the highest regard for safety of life and property.  AerialSouth, LLC and it's representatives will obey all local and federal laws and will never intentionally or willfully violate said laws.

• AerialSouth, LLC is fully insured.  COI available upon request.

• All AerialSouth, LLC-produced photo and video products and graphics, and their related intellectual property rights, remain sole property of AerialSouth, LLC, and are not transferred to the client except by written arrangement authorized and agreed upon by AerialSouth, LLC.  Clients are granted license to use photo and video products on a case-by-case basis, again, authorized by AerialSouth, LLC.  At no time is any client authorized to redistribute or sell any photo or videos provided by AerialSouth, LLC without authorization.  AerialSouth, LLC does reserve the right to use any photograph for promotion of AerialSouth's services, in any medium deemed necessary.  Payment for services rendered by AerialSouth, LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• AerialSouth reserves the right to deny any photo session based on perceived or real hazards, threats to safety of any person, or potential for equipment damage.

• Permissions for taking photographs of subjects shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and AerialSouth shall be held harmless regarding same.

• Unless otherwise agreed upon by AerialSouth, LLC all work will be performed COD (Cash On Delivery).  Personal and business checks are accepted with proper identification.
