On April 27, 2011, a deadly tornado began a destructive and fatal path which stretched from Mississippi to North Carolina.  Along the path within the confines of the State of Alabama, it killed over 238 people, destroyed dozens of communities, and untold billions of dollars in damage.  Below are thumbnail images which are links to photos covering Tuscaloosa AL, North Jefferson County AL, and Cahaba Heights AL.
